OUR STORY



Onecorp International LLP, is a privately held business enterprise, and was incorporated in 2016 with the aim to reorganize and unify its retail and business operations, which have been in existence since 2010.



In its early years, Onecorp built and operated ventures across retail and commercial trade, working with established global brands as a franchisee and licensee, including Reebok, Levi’s, and Baskin Robbins. These experiences contributed to a strong foundation in brand-led businesses, operational discipline, and market execution.



As business evolved, Onecorp transitioned from an operating model to a more structured investment approach. Experience gained through ownership, operation and execution helped strengthen a broader strategy on portfolio development and long-term value creation.



Today, Onecorp is focused on building a selective, future-ready portfolio of businesses and assets across digital commerce, commercial trade, energy, bullion, digital assets, and niche opportunities aligned with evolving market dynamics.



In certain cases, Onecorp portfolio reflects investments and businesses made directly by the founders, aligned with the firm’s investment philosophy and long-term objectives. These investments are managed with the same discipline and perspective that guide the broader Onecorp portfolio.

FOUNDER & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER



Founder Director, Nazim Syed is responsible for spearheading efforts in building Onecorp into a mixed business interest enterprise and to diversify its portfolio of businesses to drive growth and create value.

A qualified MBA and an IDBA, he brings over 25 years of experience in business strategy and management to the team. Prior to starting Onecorp International LLP, Nazim held senior positions with global companies and has delivered significant results in sales, growth and operational efficiency.

Nazim Syed leads Onecorp’s strategic direction and portfolio development. He brings a disciplined, long-term perspective and focus on capital allocation, business building, and value creation.



NAFEESA NAHID



CO-FOUNDER



Co-founder Nafeesa Nahid supports portfolio development of retail businesses with focus on product strategy, category selection, and sourcing. Her experience across retail and commercial operations contributes practical insight into quality, pricing, and market alignment.



TEAM



BUSINESS OPERATIONS



Team comprises of professionals having a combined experience of 50+ years. They bring years of experience and a wealth of knowledge to the business.

In addition to the professional staff, Onecorp also employs skilled, unskilled, and inexperienced staff members who play an integral role in the day-to-day operations of the business. These individuals work hard to ensure that sales run smoothly with a high level of customer service.
